TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation
All reservation must be made to Tunabay Island Resort in writing either by mail, email or fax and confirmed by us prior to guest arrival.
Tunabay Island Resort reserved the right to cancel all reservation, if no payment is made within the given deadline.
A reservation will be secured by giving details of credit card or deposit paid.
No reservation is confirmed without a full payment.
PAYMENT
DEPOSIT 50% - 21 Days BEFORE ARRIVAL.
To secure a reservation during public holiday, 50% must be paid, once the reservation is confirmed.
Payment must be made through our bank account and then fax us the bank-in slip for reference.
Payment must be made to Tuna Bay Resorts Sdn. Bhd.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time at 1400hrs.
Check-out time at 1200hrs.
Early Check-in are subjected to room availability.
Late Check-out is possible but subjected to room availability.
Latest Check-Out time: 1430hrs.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation without early notification will result in released of rooms and deposit forfeited.
In the event of no show, rooms will be released and deposit will be forfeited.
The management reserves the rights of anytime without giving prior notice or reason whatsoever to withdraw, add, amend, modify, revise or vary the rate, privileges or terms and conditions of the contract.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The resort are not responsible for any cancellations of sea transfer, snorkeling trip and diving trip due to weather factor. Tunabay Island Resort will not compensate anything due to weather factor.
