Important Terms And Condition

SECURE AND CONFIRM:

The credit card information obtained above is for the purpose of securing and confirming the booking mentioned in the confirmation email.
Reservation will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE if the management fails to receive your credit card information within the date stated in confirmation.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Tunabay Resort will charge the full payment of your reservation, 14 days before your check-in date, using the credit card details provided. If the details are not valid and payment is not possible, we will inform you. However, Tunabay Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation, unless correct credit card details are updated.
VISA / MASTER / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DEBIT CARD are accepted.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY:

Information obtained from this form is encrypted and the page is digitally secured, protected by the latest security technology.
All information obtained will be kept private and confidential at all times and will be used only for your current reservation purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Tunabay Resort reserves the right to cancel your reservation, if we fail to receive the credit card details required within the given deadline in the confirmation email. There will be no cancellation charge if we receive advance notice, more than 14 days upon check-in date.
For cancellation within 14 days before your check in date, there will be a full reservation charge. There will be NO REFUND.
For cancellation due to Government directive, then there will be no cancellation charge and you can postpone your stay to another selected date. We will use your previous credit card details to secure and confirm your amended reservation.
There will also be NO REFUND if cancellation is made upon arrival / to shorten stay (early check-out) for whatever reason.
If you fail to arrive at the resort on the arrival date without advance notice, the entire reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will not get a refund of the cost of your reservation.
If you fail to check in on arrival date due to travelling difficulty for e.g. flight delay or boat transfer problem, but still plan to continue your stay at our resort, please contact us immediately so that we can keep the room for the rest of your stay at the resort.
